Based on top-quality research personnel and resource infrastructure for technological development, the Industry & Academy Collaboration Foundation at Yangsan College identifies the technological conditions and series of institutional obstacles that small and medium enterprises have encountered in carrying out business activities, and helps strengthen competitiveness power of industry and overcome various of problems by  suggesting new ideas for more promising business model and direction to them.

Since being established in September 2003, it has been actively involved in the following activities to perform an exemplary role effectively as a local college and contribute to the development of nation: Cultivation of human resources that can measure up to the demand of industrial businesses and the industrial development of future; Research for creation of new technology and innovative ideas; Expertise consultation and advice for technical transfer, and joint utilization of advanced research equipment retained by college.
