  Busan Haesarang and Yangsan College have agreed to carry out joint research and development for the recreation of the traditional taste of salted mackerel, and creation of innovative production method. The researchers of Yangsan College who have participated in academy and industry cooperative research projects provide food engineering knowledge, know-how and technological support for the production of salted mackerel. A system that can be quickly applied to the mackerel manufacturing plant has been established by providing the solutions and equipment used at Yangsan College. Through such food engineering research and support, Yangsan College contributes to the modernization of traditional taste and commercialization of mackerel.
