for the production of salted mackerel. A system that can be quickly
applied to the mackerel manufacturing plant has been established by
providing the solutions and equipment used at Yangsan College. Through
such food engineering research and support, Yangsan College contributes
to the modernization of traditional taste and commercialization of
mackerel.
